I am looking for any available accommodation in Ghent for a rental period of one year, starting from late August or early September.
I am a 23-year-old female exchange student from China. I will be studying at Ghent University for one year at the Faculty of Arts and Philosophy. Therefore, I would prefer a location close to the Blandijnberg campus. I am open to both studio/apartment/room rentals and shared housing. My budget is up to €750 per month.
For a single room, I would require a private toilet and a private bathroom (a private kitchen is not necessary). For shared housing, I am also flexible.
I can provide proof of sufficient funds (solvency proof) as well as my offer letter. I am a tidy, responsible, and friendly person who will take good care of the property.
